How do I record a ride?

On the Home tab, tap Start a ride, then Start Ride. When you are done, tap End Ride and choose End & Save. Rides shorter than 10 meters are not saved.

The app can't find my location

Ride&Roam needs location access to record rides. On iPhone, open Settings › Ride&Roam › Location and choose While Using the App, and make sure Precise Location is on. For the best GPS signal, ride with a clear view of the sky.

Why am I not on the leaderboard?

Open the Profile tab, fill in your rider name, city, state and country, and tap Save Profile. Leaderboards rank riders by the total distance of their saved rides.

How do I change my rider name?

Open the Profile tab, edit Display Name and tap Save Profile.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, profile and all of your rides. You can also email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
